They called and apologized for the oversight and quickly made and shipped the missing shirts. Happy with this com p any overall, have used several times and this is the first time I had any problem..I have already ordered from them again. Thank you passed consumer and also I heart dogs.

Cancel a order

I order twice by mistake because I didn't get an email letting me know the order went through until later that day after I made a second order and got a conformation order right away the second time. So I left a message and an email to Iheartdogs to let them know to cancel my first order, because I wasn't sure if my Dogs names were going to be on my shirts.

The problem was the code for me to see the people feeding the dogs and feeding the dogs being given food and water was not packed in with my bracelet I ordered.so instead I received the link to see it.
